Job summary
The post holder will play a pivotal role within the ICCR Directorate Leadership Team, driving forward a portfolio of high-impact service improvement initiatives aligned with learning from the BSol Community Mental Health Transformation Programme and local strategic priorities.
The Senior Programme Manager will provide overall senior leadership to the project team and maintain oversight of strategic groups and projects.
The post holder will provide senior programme management leadership to the ICCR Directorate, supporting the transition to business-as-usual operations while driving strategic direction for adult community and rehabilitation mental health services. They will lead the implementation of complex, high-impact projects aligned with national and local priorities, working closely with clinical leads, managers, service users, and regional and national partners. Emphasizing effective project management practices, the role will foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensure robust governance, and support strategic decision-making. Acting as a key stakeholder contact, the post holder will influence stakeholders, oversee integration planning across services, and contribute to high-level strategic discussions to deliver service transformation.
