Are you an experienced Imaging leader with a passion for operational excellence and patient-centred care?

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join our Good Hope Imaging Team in a Senior Management Role.

At Good Hope Hospital, we provide high-quality, compassionate care to our patients and community thanks to our 2 CTs, 2 MRIs, 5 Ultrasound rooms and 4 DR units.

As an Imaging Site Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals covering all Imaging Modalities.

We are committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and outstanding clinical outcomes.

As a key member of the Imaging Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for driving operational performance, enhancing patient experience, and supporting clinical and admin teams in delivering safe, effective, and efficient care.

You will play a critical role in strategic planning, resource management, and organisational development.

Your main duties will be:

*Responsible for the day to day running of the Good Hope Imaging department.

*Provide operational management and professional leadership for the service and staff working within Imaging ensuring high standards whilst meeting targets.

*Responsible for quality and safety, performance and service development.

  • D.C.R. (R) / BSc Radiography or
  • * Achievement of Master's qualification
  • in an Imaging discipline or equivalent
  • * State registration with Health Care
  • Professions Council (HCPC).
  • * Evidence of continuing professional
  • development and proficiency in
  • accordance with HCPC guidelines.
  • *
  • * Evidence of formal NHS training
  • commensurate with a senior NHS
  • manager; for example, interviewing,
  • management
Experience
  • Demonstrable evidence of
  • management experience and
  • responsibility in an Imaging
  • Department.
  • * Writing business and strategic plans.
  • * Budget management
  • * Appraisal and evaluation of equipment
  • and materials used in imaging.
