An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the West Midlands Rehabilitation Centre (WMRC) as a Service Manager.
WMRC provides a range of specialist rehabilitation services across the region, including Amputee Rehabilitation, Specialist Orthotics, Functional Electrical Stimulation, Birmingham Wheelchair Service, Regional Posture and Mobility Service, Access to Communication and Technology, and specialist clinics.
The role is a key part of the leadership team, working closely with the Group Manager and Clinical Service Managers to ensure safe, high quality, patient centred care. You will be responsible for the operational management of services, leading all administrative functions and acting as the main operational contact.
As Service Manager at West Midlands Rehabilitation Centre, you will:
Qualifications: Degree level education or equivalent experience

Ability to travel independently across the Trust area
Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines, strong influencing and persuasion skills, proven leadership skills
