Location: South West London

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

Requirements:

• Current DBS certificate (or ability to obtain one)

• Relevant and recent hospital experience with good clinical knowledge to support the ward pharmacist team

• Leading and supporting the development of the clinical pharmacy service to the Acute Assessment Unit (AAU)
