Job Description:

CPL Healthcare UK are on the lookout for Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurses in Kent. We are framework approved and currently supply to a large number of NHS hospitals across the whole of London and the South East allowing us to place you within a trust most suitable for you. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual who can start ASAP.

Address: Barking
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Duration:

Responsibilities: Operational functioning and leadership of the adult’s Mental health teams in Barking and Dagenham. Clinical and managerial supervision/support and guidance to both nursing and AHP staff within the service. Ensuring that the service meets the agreed KPIs and is operating in line with CQC guidance, ensuring that the service is effectively monitored and delivered in a cost-effective manner whilst ensuring that the care given is of the highest standard.

Skills: RMN Mental Health or AHP, Extensive experience of working with people with complex, acute mental health needs and challenging behaviours. Managing clinical services.

Job requirements are as follows:

  1. Strong communication skills
  2. ASAP start
  3. All shift patterns available to suit

The successful candidate must have the following criteria:

  1. Minimum of 6 months’ UK experience within an NHS Trust or Care Home
  2. Be up to date with PMVA/Breakaway/MAPA training
  3. Be able to provide UK references, Immunisations report and must have a valid NMC pin.
