An exciting new opportunity has been made available for an Educational Psychologist to join our esteemed client’s dynamic team in Cheadle, Cheshire. This role is open to an Educational Psychologist. This vacancy is available on a locum basis for the successful candidate to start immediately for a short-term contract. This vacancy offers competitive rates.

What will your responsibilities be?

To provide leadership for the Clinical Psychologists, Educational Psychologist, Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist working within the SAS advising the clinical lead of all matters arising. To take the lead role in coordinating multi-disciplinary assessments and assessment planning and to deliver a diagnosis to children and families when appropriate, to have an advanced knowledge of ASD and how this can present in children/young people. To support the Clinical lead in the planning, development and evaluation of the service, to provide clinical expertise and advice on psychology, psychiatry and psychotherapy related matters within the service.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • HCPC registration and Doctorate in Educational Psychology
  • Be a qualified Educational Psychologist
