Job Description:
Pulse has recently partnered with one of the UK’s leading providers of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to support the clinical leadership of the service. This position is based in Boston, accessible via public transport.
About the role:
As an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist, you will work in clinical and service development to ensure patient services are planned, delivered, and evaluated based on evidence-based practice.

Main responsibilities:
- Provide clinical pharmacist support to RDFC and GP Practices as per objectives
- Supervise dispensing activities for inpatients and outpatients
- Support clinicians in GP Practices, especially in chronic disease management
- Improve medication outcomes across primary and secondary care
- Manage long-term conditions and complex polypharmacy cases
- Support patients at risk of hospital admission/re-admission, ensuring safety
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Supervisory experience
- Medicines Management experience in a hospital setting across various specialties
