A regional mental health service provider in Bristol is seeking a Service Manager to ensure high-quality delivery of community mental health services. The successful candidate will lead recovery-oriented services and contribute to continuous service improvement. A qualification in RMN, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy is required, along with experience in operational management. This role offers flexible working arrangements to accommodate individual needs.
South Gloucestershire Mental Health Services is currently recruiting for a Service Manager to join the friendly Management Team.
This role is to ensure the high quality delivery of community mental health services in South Glos. The successful applicant will work with both clinical and non-clinical staff, as well as partner organisations across the Locality and will become part of a dynamic, friendly and future-focussed management team who are committed to the development of services and staff, to ensure community services fit the needs of the population in South Glos.
Candidates must hold a professionally recognised qualification in RMN, Social Work or Occupational Therapy.
The successful candidate will operationally manage, lead and deliver recovery orientated services across the locality. They will also contribute to continuous service improvement by assisting in the planning and development of services, including the Community Mental Health Framework and the ambitions set out within the NHS 10 Year Plan.

Operationally responsible for the safe delivery of clinical services.People management and human resources, compliance, budget management. Contribute to, and lead on projects and service improvement strategies.
