Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Band 8a Acute Pharmacist in Aintree, UK. Based across multiple hospital sites, the role offers a full-time, ASAP-start contract with ongoing duties focused on acute care and medication safety.

You will work within multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes, provide expert clinical advice, and contribute to audits and research projects. A PG Diploma and hospital pharmacy experience are required.

Formación

Registered Pharmacist with a Postgraduate Clinical Diploma.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospital clinical pharmacy.
A car driver is preferable due to the multi-site nature of the role.

Responsabilidades

Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care to acute patients, ensuring medication safety and efficacy.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.
Offer expert clinical advice and support to healthcare professionals and patients.
Manage the supply, dispensing, and procurement processes for medications within the hospital.
Participate in clinical audits and research projects to drive improvements in patient care.
