Job summary

Your World is seeking an experienced Locum Pharmacist (Band 8a) to join a fast-paced Liverpool clinical setting. Immediate start with a pay range of £35-£37 per hour, with salary dependent on qualifications, experience and training.

In this role you’ll lead medicines management, conduct comprehensive reviews, support multidisciplinary teams, and ensure GPHC standards are met while maintaining patient safety and high-quality care during the placement.

Qualifications

• UK-based Pharmacy experience.
• MPharm degree (or equivalent) and GPHC registration.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical medicines management and reviews to optimise patient care.
• Collaborate with MDT to support complex clinical decisions and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with GPHC standards and Trust protocols to maintain patient safety.
• Communicate clearly with medical and nursing teams to streamline workflows.

Requirements

• Background: Relevant experience in a UK-based Pharmacy setting, with Right to Work in the UK.
• Credentials: Mandatory MPharm Degree (or equivalent) and current GPHC registration.
