We are seeking 3 exceptionally skilled and motivated Band 8a or 8b Pharmacists to join our esteemed client in Crewe, Cheshire. This role requires working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for managing ward-based pharmaceutical care. Your advanced expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the precision and reliability of pharmaceutical services, which are critical for accurate patient care and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing ward-based pharmaceutical care, dispensing medications, counselling patients on the correct use of their medications, and ensuring strict adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations. You will maintain meticulous records and documentation, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver superior patient care.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must have ward experience
  • HCPC registration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field
  • Extensive experience in pharmaceutical care
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
