Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert clinical pharmacy input across designated areas
2. Lead and develop clinical pharmacy services in line with national guidelines and Trust objectives
3. Supervise, mentor, and support junior pharmacy staff
4. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes
5. Contribute to clinical audits, service development, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience
• Completion (or near completion) of a Postgraduate Clinical Pharmacy Diploma or equivalent
