Hybrid work arrangements are available, combining face-to-face and remote work.

Position Details:
  • Role: Patient Safety Manager
  • Band: 8a
  • Duration: Minimum 6 months
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Working Hours: 5 days/week, flexible schedule, 37.5 hours/week
Responsibilities and Skills:

We are seeking a PSIRF-trained investigator with experience in mental health. The candidate must be proficient in writing reports related to patient safety. Responsibilities include supporting the manager in leading investigation teams, providing expert advice, conducting time-critical reviews of PSIRF investigation processes, and leading reporting on learning and assurance to support business and contingency planning.
