An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Families, Young People, Children's, Learning Disabilities, and Autism Service (FYPC/LDA) Leadership Team as a Ward Sister/Charge Nurse at the CAMHS Beacon Inpatient Services.
The team is friendly, dynamic, and constantly evolving to offer the best support and treatment to patients within FYPCLDA.
We prioritize the health and wellbeing of our team members and provide a robust induction, along with regular supervision and support.
The post holder will manage and take overall responsibility for care quality, clinical performance, and activity by providing professional nursing leadership, guidance, clinical advice, and management, focusing on healthcare quality dimensions:
