Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) is recruiting a Tissue Viability Specialist Nurse in Brent for a Band 7 Development post within the Tissue Viability Nursing Service across community settings. The role offers a clear pathway from Band 6 to Band 7 with structured development and supervision.

The successful candidate will assess and manage complex wounds, work autonomously within the community, and collaborate with Brent and Harrow teams to drive patient outcomes and service

Qualificações

• Registered nurse with UK professional registration (NMC).
• Experience working with adults with complex wounds.
• Keen to learn, well organized, good communication, and able to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and support management of complex wounds in community settings.
• Develop into Band 7 through a structured development pathway.
• Collaborate with the Tissue Viability Team and wider MDT.
• Provide expert advice and support to colleagues.
