An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated clinician to join our Memory Assessment Service as Team Manager and Team manager for the Triage clinicians for the Older Adults Single Point of Access. You will lead a skilled and compassionate team providing high-quality assessment & diagnosis,

As the Band 7 Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering clinically effective and person-centred care, supporting individuals and their families through timely Assessments and diagnosis

Main duties of the job

Provides day-to-day leadership of the Memory Assessment Service and Single Point of Access clinicians.

Oversee referral pathways, caseload management, and ensure compliance with NICE guidelines and Trust standards.

Contribute to the monitoring and improving of service performance, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care is delivered.

Work collaboratively with partner services including primary care, community mental health teams, social services, and voluntary organisations.
