Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for 3x Band 7 Dietitians to join us as Team Leads, driving and developing dietetic services across different clinical areas to include Stroke and HCOP, Surgery and Specialist Medicine (Infectious Diseases and Respiratory).

These roles offer opportunities to develop your clinical and leadership skills while supporting quality improvement and service development projects. You'll manage a team of dietitians and assistants, overseeing patient-centred care and contribute to service improvement and quality initiatives.

Applicants must be registered Dietitians with strong clinical skills, leadership experience, and excellent communication. Experienced Band 7 Dietitians or ambitious Band 6 Dietitians ready to step into leadership are encouraged to apply. You'll embody our values of being Kind, Connected, and Bold. Main duties of the job

We are seeking an experienced Dietitian to lead a team of Dietitians and Dietetic Assistants, providing expert clinical care across various settings. You will act as a source of specialist advice and promote the profile of dietetics within the multidisciplinary team.

This role blends leadership with clinical work. You will offer opportunities to coach, develop and upskill the dietetic workforce, promoting a positive learning culture, and ensuring staff feel supported to grow and thrive. You'll provide expert clinical advice and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote innovation, enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
