We are seeking a highly skilled Band 7 Sonographer to join our client’s team in Bristol. This role requires a professional with significant experience in various ultrasound modalities and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will perform a wide range of diagnostic ultrasound examinations with precision and independently report on these findings. You will manage the daily operational aspects of the ultrasound service, supervise and train junior staff, and ensure the maintenance and care of sophisticated ultrasound equipment. Additionally, you will participate in departmental audits, research activities, and governance, focusing on risk management and health and safety protocols. Your role will be crucial in providing accurate diagnostics and contributing to the continuous improvement of imaging services.

Qualifications and Experience:

· HCPC registration.
· Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Radiography or Medical Ultrasound.
· At least three to five years’ experience in various ultrasound modalities.
· Proficiency in performing and interpreting a wide range of ultrasound examinations independently.
· Commitment to continuous professional development (CPD) and maintaining an up-to-date CPD portfolio.
