An established industry player is seeking a Nurse Senior Practitioner to join their North Recovery service. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your leadership and quality improvement skills while working within a multi-disciplinary team. The North Recovery service within SG is integrated with SG Council, so will undertake both health and social care responsibilities for the people they work with. The service provides ongoing assessment and comprehensive, multi-disciplinary focused interventions to individuals who are assessed as needing the ongoing involvement of a specialist mental health service based at The Elms in Thornbury.
This role will give you the opportunity to develop your leadership and quality improvement skills as a Nurse Senior Practitioner in the team.
The post-holder should have the relevant qualification, and experience of working with service users with complex needs. Experience of working within a Recovery setting would be essential.
