The Tri-borough Perinatal Mental Health Service (PMHS) is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for motivated and dynamic Band 7 Nurses to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This postholder (1.0 WTE) will be based in the Hammersmith and Fulham Borough, providing maternity leave cover. This presents an excellent opportunity for a one-year secondment for those wishing to broaden their experience and explore new professional challenges within West London NHS Trust.
Our service operates across three main sites: St Bernard's Hospital (Ealing PMHS), Hounslow House (Hounslow PMHS), and Hammersmith Hospital (Hammersmith & Fulham PMHS). The Tri-borough Perinatal Mental Health Team collaborates closely with a range of partner agencies, including community mental health services, maternity units, children's centres, and Mother and Baby Units. As the service transitions towards greater on-site working, there is an expectation that staff will maintain a regular office presence to support effective collaboration, supervision, and team cohesion.
