Pay Rate: £24 – £26 per hour
Pay Mechanism: Direct Engagement

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Band 7 Physiotherapist to join the inpatient physiotherapy team. This role involves providing advanced clinical support and leadership across medical and surgical wards. Ideal for someone confident in managing complex patients and mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities:
Deliver expert physiotherapy assessment and treatment in an inpatient setting
Lead and support a team of physiotherapists and assistants
Work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to support patient recovery and discharge planning
Contribute to service evaluation, quality improvement, and training
Requirements:
HCPC-registered Physiotherapist
Minimum 2 years NHS experience, ideally at Band 6 or 7 level in an inpatient setting
Proven ability to manage complex caseloads and supervise junior staff
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Experience in acute medical, surgical, or respiratory wards preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an MDT
