Job Title: Pharmacist

Location: Sutton, Greater London

Banding: Band 7

Start date: ASAP

Rate: £30 – £37 per hour

Working hours: Monday – Friday

We are looking for a skilled Band 7 Pharmacist to join our client’s team in Sutton. This role involves providing Iclip cover and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimising patient outcomes through expert medication management and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct medication reviews and provide clinical advice.
• Ensure the accurate dispensing of medications.
• Work closely with medical staff to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust medications as necessary.
• Educate patients and healthcare professionals on medication use.
• Participate in ward rounds and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Pharmacy
• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• Extensive experience in clinical pharmacy
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of medication management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
