Are you a Band 7 Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in London ? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

Job Title: Band 7 Pharmacist

Location: London

Duration: Ongoing contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (30-minute lunch break)

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Ongoing

Rate of Pay: �28-�30 per hour (depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing: Join our team as a Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in rehabilitation and elderly care settings . In this role, you will:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments

Create and implement personalised care plans

Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

A current and valid GPhC registration

Prior hospital pharmacy experience (rehab, elderly care or acute wards preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing , with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
