About the role:

The Pharmacy team at Pulse is looking for a committed and skilled Band 6 or 7 Pharmacist to enhance our team. This temporary position is available from 29th July 2024 to 1st September 2024, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This role offers an excellent chance for a proficient professional to make a significant impact on our pharmacy services. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care through effective collaboration and teamwork.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to hospital wards.
  • Dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
  • Counsel patients on the proper use of their medications.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hospital experience as a pharmacist.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.Experience in clinical and accuracy checking of prescriptions.
