Job summary

You will lead and support development of others, participate in peer review, mentorship, and clinical audit, and contribute to service improvement within the MSK Hand pathway.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Band 7 MSK Physiotherapist with a clear interest in hand therapy.
• Considerable experience in managing conservative and post-operative hand conditions in NHS settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver autonomous clinical assessment and treatment for hand conditions.
• Lead development of others, including colleagues, students and GPs, in Upper Limb management.
• Lead service projects and audits to ensure high quality, evidence-based care.
