Job summary

BHRUT NHS Trust in Romford is seeking a Band 7 Therapeutic Radiographer for a fixed-term maternity leave cover. You will lead the Breast Radiotherapy team, deliver expert patient-centred care and support radiographer-led services across the patient pathway.

The role requires HCPC registration, a BSc in Therapeutic Radiography, and postgraduate leadership experience. The post is based at Queen's Hospital with access to modern imaging and treatment platforms, and a commitment to high-quality

Qualifications

• BSc in Therapeutic radiography or equivalent formal qualification.
• HCPC registration as a therapy radiographer.
• Postgraduate experience with specialist training to master's level or equivalent.
• Clinical experience in planning and delivering radiotherapy techniques.
• Postgraduate courses in management/leadership or other relevant clinical subject.
• Clinical experience in dosimetric planning.

Education

BSc in Therapeutic Radiography or equivalent formal qualification

HCPC registration as a therapy radiographer

Practical experience in planning and delivering a wide range of radiotherapy techniques
