We are seeking an experienced Dietitian to join our trust-wide Nutrition and Dietetic Service for Maternity Cover.

This role offers:

1. Leadership of a Dietetic team within BaNES, Swindon, and Wiltshire.
2. Management of a clinical caseload of Adults with Mental Health conditions in an inpatient setting.
3. Supervision and mentorship of student dietitians.
4. Support for professional development through departmental and personal CPD time, professional networking, interest groups, and CPD opportunities.

Candidate requirements include:

• Significant post-qualification experience.
• Experience working in diverse settings.
• Enthusiasm for working with older adults and ongoing professional development.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills alongside a specialized clinical caseload in mental health.

The Lead Mental Health Dietitian for BSW (Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon, and Wiltshire) will oversee a highly specialized dietetic service across BSW, managing a complex workload and making clinical decisions in multidisciplinary settings. The role includes line management of a small dietetic team and developing pathways and protocols in line with Trust-wide standards.
