We are seeking a dedicated Band 7 Biomedical Scientist to join our client’s dynamic team in London. This role offers the chance to work in a high-quality laboratory environment, contributing to impactful diagnostic services. Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will lead and supervise a team of biomedical scientists and technicians, ensuring the provision of a high-quality laboratory service. Your responsibilities include performing diagnostic histology tests, analyzing and interpreting histological and immunohistochemistry slides, and reporting test results. You will also manage the day-to-day workload, oversee the preparation and processing of tissue specimens, and contribute to the implementation of quality management systems. Additionally, you will be involved in training staff, maintaining health and safety standards, and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings.
