Band 6/7 Diabetes Dietitian - Birmingham

Are you a Band 6 or 7 Diabetes Dietitian looking for a locum role in Birmingham? We have an opportunity with competitive pay and flexible working options.

Job Title: Diabetes Dietitian Band 6/7

Location: Birmingham

Duration: 3 months (with potential to extend to 13 months)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Rate of Pay: £24-£28 per hour (dependent on experience and banding)

What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Diabetes Dietitian working with adult Type 1 diabetes patients. In this role, you will:

  1. Provide specialist dietary assessments and advice
  2. Develop and implement personalised care plans
  3. Deliver evidence-based interventions to optimise patient outcomes
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  5. Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Current HCPC registration
  2. Experience working with Type 1 diabetes patients
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This position is available for full-time or part-time candidates, requiring availability Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. The initial contract is for 3 months with potential extension up to 13 months.
