You will join an established team of clinicians providing nursing interventions for patients with a diagnosis of learning disability with a range of complex health needs including physical health, mental health and behaviour. You will be part of a community nursing team working within the wider learning disabilities multi-disciplinary team.
We are looking for experienced clinicians to deliver high-quality nursing interventions within the learning disability service. Do you have the skills and clinical knowledge to manage a caseload of patients and provide support and clinical leadership to your nursing and multidisciplinary team colleagues? Are you a dedicated and motivated individual with experience and the ability to work independently? We seek organized and efficient clinicians with good communication skills to work in this busy team. If you enjoy variety and a fast-paced, patient-focused setting, this could be the job for you.
To work within a multidisciplinary team to provide specialist support and guidance to adults with learning disabilities and their carers. To deliver a clinical service through effective management of an active caseload. To assist the Team Leader in providing leadership to the Community Nurses.
