We’re looking for a driven and compassionate Band 7 nurse to lead MS community services across Dartford, Gravesham, and Swanley. Working as part of our well-established Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team, you’ll provide expert assessments, manage a complex caseload, and be the strategic link between acute and community services.
This is a key leadership opportunity for a nurse who thrives in collaborative, patient-focused environments and wants to make a meaningful difference to those living with long-term neurological conditions.
