Band 7 Cognitive Behavioral Therapist

Job Title: Band 7 Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, London

We are seeking an experienced Band 7 Cognitive Behavioral Therapist to work full-time with a client in the Lewisham area, within a school setting.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide mental health support, consultation, teaching, and training to New Woodlands School, a specialist provision for children with Social Emotional Mental Health Needs (SEMH). This includes outreach intervention work with pupils.
2. Conduct home visits, and work within schools, NHS buildings, and Local Authority offices. Home visits may involve assessments and meetings with parents/carers.
3. Manage your own caseload, including cases that are medium to high risk, and monitor clinical practice in the absence of the Team Manager and other designated personnel.

Additional Details:

Hours: Monday to Friday or Term Time only, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.
Pay Rate: £32 - £43 per hour.
Requirements: Accredited by the HCPC, with experience in CAMHS.
