An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) to join our Healthy Together Helpline as a Clinical Team Leader. This role involves providing leadership, supporting efficient service delivery, and fostering quality improvement within our community health services.
Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) to join our established Healthy Together Helpline as a Clinical Team Leader. Working alongside the current clinical team leader, you will oversee and support all aspects of the helplines daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
You will provide strong leadership, fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement and ensuring safe, high-quality clinical practice.
To succeed, you will need confidence and expertise in clinical oversight, as well as the ability to inspire and guide your team. Your experience in delivering our Chat Health service and engaging with partner agencies will be invaluable in this position.
