Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) to join our established Healthy Together Helpline as a Clinical Team Leader. Working alongside the current clinical team leader, you will oversee and support all aspects of the helplines daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

You will provide strong leadership, fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement and ensuring safe, high-quality clinical practice.

To succeed, you will need confidence and expertise in clinical oversight, as well as the ability to inspire and guide your team. Your experience in delivering our Chat Health service and engaging with partner agencies will be invaluable in this position.

Main duties of the job
  • To be accountable for the leadership, management, co-ordination and development of the Healthy Together Helpline to help support the delivery of the 0-19 the Healthy Child Programme.
  • To lead on recruitment and induction of the team, developing competencies and building a strong team ethos.
  • Contribute and deliver various reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analysis of data generated to determine local needs which inform the neighbourhood health profiles.
  • Provide leadership skills and expertise within the Healthy Together team.
  • Work with stakeholders and service user to obtain feedback about service delivery enabling further improvement in services.
