A leading mental health service in England seeks a practitioner psychologist to join their supportive MDT team. This role offers an opportunity to develop clinical skills and engage with service users facing severe mental health challenges, with a focus on evidence-based practices. The position provides regular supervision and professional development, all while promoting an innovative approach to therapy.

The team has been active in launching new therapeutic initiatives such as, compassion focused therapy groups, and acceptance and commitment therapy programmes. We aim to offer a wide range of psychological therapies including CBT, EMDR, ACT, DBT, CAT, Integrative, Schema focused, Mindfulness, and Solution focused ways of working, in both group and individual contexts.
We are looking for a compassionate, thoughtful and enthusiasticpractitioner psychologistto join our friendly, close-knit team. We would welcome a psychologist who can demonstrate an interest in working with service users withsevere and enduring mental health difficulties and a commitment to improving their wellbeing through direct clinical interventions and, or contributions to psychologically-informed care plans. We would particularly welcome someone with an interest in building the provision of evidence-based practice in an area of their interest (psychosis, trauma, mood disorders, or personality disorders).
We are looking for someone with the desire to develop their clinical skills to their full potential and would support this with regular supervision and line management from a senior practitioner psychologist or above, CPD and training.
