Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Nottinghamshire is seeking an experienced Locality Lead Physiotherapist (0.8 wte) to manage a team of paediatric physiotherapists and support workers across Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire.

You will also manage a small clinical caseload as an advanced practitioner for one day per week, collaborating with OT, SLT and nursing colleagues to deliver a high-quality, patient-centred service.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered and licensed to practise paediatric physiotherapy.
• BSc/Diploma in Physiotherapy with NHS registration.
• Experience supervising staff and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, clinical and professional leadership to the physiotherapy team and advise the Service Manager on service matters.
• Coordinate clinical care delivered by the team ensuring a multidisciplinary approach.
• Develop and monitor standards of therapy care and supervise clinical performance.
• Promote evidence-based practice and contribute to audit/ research as required.
