A leading NHS Trust is seeking a Band 7 Cardiac Physiologist specializing in Cardiac Rhythm Management. The role involves overseeing a busy pacing clinic, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting device implantation. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Cardiac Physiologists to join this NHS Trust's Cardiology team as a Band 7 Cardiac Physiologist - Cardiac Rhythm Management, based at their large Teaching Hospital site in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.
This is a Band 7 AfC post with an additional 12.5% enhancement, with the possibility of starting at Band 6 and progressing to Band 7 through competency development.

This is a close-knit team, including a Band 8 Manager, four Band 7 Physiologists (including this role), two Band 6s, and three Band 5s, including apprentices. The department has two dedicated Cath Labs and a Pacing Service, covering all aspects of invasive cardiology, including conduction pacing and biventricular pacing, managing over 2,500 pacemaker patients annually.
