Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Duration: 3 – 6 months
The Biomedical Science team at Pulse is currently recruiting a Band 7 Biomedical Scientist in Haematology/Blood Transfusion to work in a busy hospital in Royal London. We are looking for a Biomedical Scientist who can make a real difference in supporting the laboratory’s service. This will be a temporary contract with a rate of £28.00 – £35.00 per hour.
As a Biomedical Scientist in Haematology and Blood Transfusion, you will be expected to have excellent experience in using analysers for full blood counts (FBC) and coagulation. Experience in blood film morphology is preferred but not essential. You will be experienced in maintaining and troubleshooting the analysers, alongside your usual duties in loading and operating them.
