An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bereavement Midwife to lead our Bereavement and Rainbow Services at University Hospital Birmingham. We are looking for a compassionate, dynamic, experienced midwife who will be committed to ensuring high quality, safe physical and emotional care for families through pregnancy and baby loss.
We are proud of our bereavement services and have been recognised nationally and locally for the service we provide. We are looking for a midwife with exceptional communication skills, empathy and emotional intelligence with the ability to work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals and service users to create an environment of continuous learning and quality improvement.
The successful candidate will be expected to promote the values and vision of University Hospitals Birmingham through their actions and leadership, modelling these principles in how we support our teams and deliver services. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Trust\'s Strategy is implemented effectively within the Bereavement Service.
