Job description

The Biomedical Science team at Pulse is currently recruiting for a Band 7-8b Clinical Scientist or Consultant Clinical Scientist in Genomics to work in a busy NHS Hospital in West Yorkshire. We are looking for a Clinical Scientist who can make a real difference to the hospital’s Genomics Service.

Position Details:
  • Position: Biomedical Scientist
  • Banding: 7-8b
  • Location: West Yorkshire
  • Hours: 37.5
  • Duration: Ongoing
Role Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Scientist in Genomics, you will be responsible for delivering laboratory scientific services for specific diseases, validating results, and maintaining high standards in laboratory testing and reporting, adhering to best practice guidelines, NEQAS, Clinical Audit, Internal Audit, and UKAS standards.

Essential Requirements:
