An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Psychologist specialising in eating disorders to join our esteemed NHS client’s dynamic team based in London, Greater London. This position is available for an immediate start, offering competitive rates.
Key Responsibilities:
The Psychologist will provide psychological assessments and interventions for children and adolescents with eating disorders, working as part of a multidisciplinary team. They will offer therapeutic support, develop treatment plans, and liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. The psychologist will utilise Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) techniques to support patients in managing their eating disorders. Additionally, they will participate in service and business planning activities, maintain professional registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and comply with the Trust’s policies and procedures.
