We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech & Language Therapist to join our private pediatric clinic located in , London. Our clinic specializes in supporting children aged between 5 months and 14 years old with conditions such as ASD, ADHD, ADD, dyspraxia, and dyslexia. This role offers part-time hours, working either 2 or 3 days per week, with the opportunity to play a pivotal role in setting up and managing the Speech & Language Therapy (SLT) department.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up the SLT department, including all operations and processes. Once established, you will interview and hire new team members to manage. You will manage a caseload of children, delivering therapy at the clinic and occasionally within the community. Your duties will include conducting detailed speech and language assessments for children with various communication disorders, such as speech delays, language impairments, social communication difficulties, stuttering, and swallowing problems. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, child-centered care. Additionally, you will provide training and support for parents, caregivers, and school staff.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • HCPC registration
  • Previous experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist, particularly with children in a clinical, school, or therapeutic setting
