A leading healthcare provider in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Physiotherapist to join their dynamic therapy team. The role involves providing therapeutic assessments and treatment in various clinical areas, with a focus on facilitating patient discharges. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Physiotherapy, be HCPC registered, and have clinical experience in diverse settings, including elderly and frail patients.

You will be working as part of the therapy team and the wider Multidisciplinary Team supporting patients to return home as soon as possible by providing timely and regular therapy interventions maximising their chances of staying at home. You will be an excellent team worker with knowledge across a range of physiotherapy treatments.
Main duties of the job: To provide therapeutic assessment, management and treatment of patients in a variety of wards within the hospital setting. Focusing interventions to a wide variety of clinical cases across the Acute hospital wards, applying Physiotherapy knowledge and skills.
There will be a strong focus on facilitating discharges home, or to other care pathways and supporting patients into the outpatient community setting. You should possess excellent communication, prioritisation and organisational skills; and have experience in working in a multidisciplinary team.
