Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Cardiac Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at St Richard's Hospital in Chichester. This role offers the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality cardiac rehabilitation services to our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation programs, including assessment, treatment planning, and exercise prescription.
2. Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
3. Educate patients and their families on lifestyle modifications and self-management strategies.
4. Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Key Requirements:

1. Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
2. Proven experience in cardiac rehabilitation or a related clinical area.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
