• Audits or service-development exposure is advantageous.

What you will do

Conduct advanced assessments and implement treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

Manage and prioritise a varied and complex MSK caseload autonomously.

Formulate clinical diagnoses and physiotherapy treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Deliver face-to-face consultations, as well as video and telephone consultations, ensuring comprehensive care.

Lead group exercise and rehabilitation sessions, fostering a supportive environment for patient recovery.

Develop thorough discharge and self-management plans, empowering patients for long-term success.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive patient care.

Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Requirements

Must hold a Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy with HCPC registration.

Proven Band 6 MSK Physiotherapy experience, particularly handling complex MSK cases.

Demonstrated ability to conduct independent clinical diagnoses.

Expertise in SystmOne and Physiotools/Physitrack software.

Exceptional clinical reasoning, assessment skills, and autonomous work capabilities.

Experience in delivering group rehabilitation sessions and virtual consultations.

Experience in supporting service development and conducting audit activities.
