A healthcare consultancy is seeking an experienced Community Nurse to join their team in Guernsey. This role includes managing a caseload of patients, providing leadership to less experienced nurses, and delivering professional development. Competitive salary of up to £63,310, with generous annual leave and relocation support offered.
Applications are invited from suitably-experienced Community Nurse to join the Community Nursing Team on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands. The Team is made up of Community Specialist Nurses, Staff Nurses and Nursing Assistants/Support Workers. Delivering individualised assessment and nursing care to service users, and support to carers, in the home environment, the Service operates 0730-1800, 7 day a week with no night duty or on-call.
Please note; Guernsey has adopted the AfC banding system, but have applied their own salary scale. The current Band 6 salary is up to £63,310 plus an annual bonus of £1,605 and higher penalty rates: 36% evening/Saturday and 72% Sunday/BH. Annual leave starts at 36 days up to 42 days with full credit for NHS service for annual leave and sick leave.
