You will deliver proactive health education and support, working closely with schools and community services. Essential qualifications include being a registered nurse with a public health specialty. The role offers a salary of £37,338 - £44,962 with NHS pension and numerous benefits.

Working under the guidance of a Healthy Family Team Leader and alongside a multidisciplinary, inter-agency team, you'll play a vital role in promoting health and wellbeing across a defined population.
This varied role involves working in settings such as schools, family hubs, and other local venues to make a real difference where it matters most.
This is a full time role working 37.5 hours across the week based at our Regus office location in Slough.
