Qualifications

• BSc or Diploma in Physiotherapy with HCPC and CSP registration.
• Ongoing CPD evidence and commitment to professional development.
• Experience in acute inpatient settings or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and teach junior staff.
• Experience as Band 6 or equivalent in a relevant post.

Responsabilités

• Provide autonomous physiotherapy assessment and treatment across a rotating in-patient caseload.
• Supervise Band 5 staff, therapy assistants, and students.
• Lead on service developments and contribute to clinical governance.
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for all patients.
• Collaborate with MDT to plan discharge and optimise patient care.
