Job Title: Respiratory Physiotherapist
Banding: Band 6
Location: Manchester
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £25 per hour
Duration: 3 months

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Respiratory Physiotherapist to join our esteemed client in Manchester. This role involves providing specialist respiratory care, supporting patients with chronic lung conditions, post-surgical recovery, and pulmonary rehabilitation. Your expertise will be essential in assessing, diagnosing, and treating respiratory conditions, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Respiratory Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive respiratory assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering pulmonary rehabilitation programs. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including respiratory physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient management. Additionally, you will provide education and support to patients and families, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and safeguarding policies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • HCPC registration (essential).
  • Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in respiratory physiotherapy, pulmonary rehabilitation, and acute respiratory care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
