Job summary

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust in Sutton is seeking a substantive Band 6 radiographer to rotate across General X-ray and CT, with MRI and Mammography opportunities as appropriate. The role includes participation in the non-residential X-ray and CT on-call rota.

Qualifications

• State registration and radiography qualification.
• DCR/BSc in Radiography or equivalent.
• Cannulation certificate or completed workbook.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality diagnostic imaging service.
• Comply with accurate patient identification procedures.
• Follow IR(ME)R guidelines & local radiation protection rules.
• Explain procedures and gain consent from patients.
