Job summary

Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 6 Radiographer to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging across Plain Film, CT and Cone Beam CT (CBCT). The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety, comfort and dignity, and to support outpatient, inpatient and urgent care pathways.

You will participate in supervision and training of students and junior staff and contribute to service development and audit activities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform radiographic imaging across Plain Film, CT and CBCT.
• Experience in supervising students and junior staff is desirable.
• Commitment to maintaining patient safety, dignity and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging across Plain Film, CT and CBCT.
• Assess referrals and prioritise workloads to meet outpatient, inpatient and urgent care needs.
• Supervise students and support junior staff within the radiography team.
